February 4 is World Cancer Day, a moment to raise awareness, share hope, and stand with everyone whose life has been touched by cancer. As an artist, I’ve seen firsthand how creative expression can bring comfort and light, even in the hardest moments.

How Coloring Supports Healing

Research and personal stories both show that coloring isn’t just a creative hobby—it’s a gentle, proven way to relieve stress, calm anxiety, and help us process emotions. For many, picking up a pencil is a way to pause, breathe, and reclaim a little piece of peace.

My Experience at the Cancer Retreat

One of the most meaningful moments in my journey was leading a coloring session at a cancer retreat for young women at Memorial Hospital. We colored together, shared our stories, and found quiet moments of connection. Inspired by their strength, I created a special coloring book just for their patients, a collection of pages designed to bring hope, faith, and a sense of calm during treatment.

Sharing Positivity & Faith

To honor World Cancer Day, I’m sharing a free coloring page from my heart: “Positive Vibes”. This page is filled with flowers, gentle lines, and a message of hope—because positivity and faith can be powerful tools in any healing journey.

Click below to download the “Positive Vibes” coloring page. Print it, color it, and let it be a reminder of your strength and the community standing with you.

About the Positive Vibes Coloring Book

A year ago, I created the coloring book Positive Vibes specifically for cancer patients and their caregivers. This book was designed to bring encouragement, hope, and a creative escape to those facing treatment, as well as the loved ones supporting them. Every page was made with the intention to uplift and provide a gentle moment of peace.

Thank You for Being Here
